Job description:Job Responsibilities Good English written communication skill, with ESL written examination score of at least 80%. at least 6 months BPO Experience / Customer & Technical Support experience via Phone, E-mail or Chat Support. Experience with SaaS based company as a Customer/Technical Support Good commitment level with work experiences not less than 6 months for the past 3 companies. Optional Qualifications Background with IT related work experiences focusing on software and cloud technology. Programming language proficiencies.
