Job description:Requirements : Completed 2 years in college at least 2 years of experience as Technical, Financial, and Customer Service Support in multiple support channels (email, phone, chat). 4+ years experience handling customers within a call center environment and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to formulate structured communications in a complex environment. Experience in supporting B2B Customer Service and Technical Troubleshooting support for Financial and payment gateway tools. Willingness to work in Quezon City Willingness to work on shifting schedule.
