Job description:Requirements: - At least a High school graduate, College grads are welcome to apply - Must have at least 3 to 6 months of CSR or TSR call center experience - Good to Excellent communication skills is a must - Has a good customer service orientation - Must be able to work in a shifting schedule - Applicant should be willing to work in Taguig Responsibilities: - Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products. - May handle assistance through phone or email. - Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines. - Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions. - Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction. | ||
