Job description:Sr Group Manager / General Manager HR for Philippines (Eastwood) location. Job Details: Job Description Responsibilities: Work closely with the Business Leaders to provide strategic HR support to address core business needs. Partner with Group leadership by serving as an Advisor in both a business and people related capacity. Drive execution of major HR initiatives and trainings. Facilitate career development by providing guidance and training plans based on individual and organizational goals. Provide consultation to leaders in identifying and developing key engagement drivers and supporting strategies to align robust process. Serve as an escalation point for complex engagement issues while providing guidance and intervention, as appropriate, to resolve grievances. Mentor HRBPs on best HR practices to ensure compliance to the organizations policies. Analyse trends and making recommendations on Talent Acquisition and Talent attrition Management along with effective retention plans. Advise and drive promotions and transfers decisions. Oversee HR teams execution of these transitions. Effectively address management requests for analysis on key performance indicators relating to people issues. Facilitate the assessment of knowledge/skill gaps by the HR Business partners while personally driving the identification of leadership development needs for Managers; drive adherence to training participation. Drive Employee satisfaction programs to improve morale and retention. Promote an environment that encourages associate growth. Review results of People Surveys and work with leadership to drive change. Qualifications PG/MBA HR with 12 to 16 years of experience in HR / Human Resource Additional information Solid expertise in HR functional areas including Employee engagement performance management, staffing, training, compensation and benefits Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment. Must have a strategic approach with demonstrated effectiveness at working with the leadership team to design and execute human capital strategies necessary to achieve positive business outcomes Experience in coaching and mentoring leadership to next level, being and effective sounding board for the Operations Leadership will be important Able to provide insights and recommendation on people Should be ethical and empathetic Great team player and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization environment Strong written and oral communication essential Strong at planning and multi-tasking | ||
