Requirements:

Must be at least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in College.

Must have at least 6 months of BPO Call center experience.

Experience in Troubleshooting, Technical support or CCNA Certified IT grads are preferred but not required.

Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills

Must have excellent to good communication skills.

Must be willing to work in Pasig.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoots and resolves customer related concerns about a product or service.

Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer.

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

Describes products and services properly and efficiently

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail.
