Bookkeeper For Our Ecommerce Account

Job Description:

The positions are primarily responsible in general bookkeeping using Quickbooks Accounting System or Authorize .Net Accounting System

Receive and verify invoices and requisitions

Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.

Responsible and accountable to keep financial records that track company's profit and loss and other financial information

Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

MUST have experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting

Willing to work in a Graveyard shift

Systematic and Attentive to Details

Proactive, energetic, highly motivated and a fast learner

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data.

Ability to complete assignments in an ACCURATE and TIMELY manner.

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience
