Job description:Customer Support Agents responsible for meeting the revenue quota while providing excellent customer service to customers. Responsibilities: -Handles combined Satellite and Telecommunication Billing Information -Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service using features and benefits -Meet sales quota and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment -Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet the customers needs Provide customers with a positive sales and service experience -Adhere to IBEX Global Philippines company policies and work standards Qualifications: -Candidate must be at least 2 years college undergraduate in any field (no back subjects) -If not, at least high school graduate with minimum of 6 months call center experience -Preferably with Customer Service and Sales Experience -With excellent English communication skills -Preferably with sales experience (upselling or cross-selling) -Has the potential to perform in a strong sales-driven environment -Can drive sales while maintaining excellent customer experience -Background in handling a multitasking account is highly desired -Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule -Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig: 301, Silver City 2, Frontera Drive, Pasig City sales support, csr, csr telco, telco, bpo pasig, sales pasig *Free shuttle available during application | ||
