Location:Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Job Type:Full Time -Permanent || DIRECT-HIRE

Salary:Open and Negotiable; Dependent on experience

A Software Management Company is looking to hire an Application Support Consultant who will help the company in achieving clients maximum satisfaction.

As the Application Support Consultant, you will be responsible for carrying out incident management and providing 1st level remote technical expertise support to the Companys offshore clients. Furthermore, you will assist in providing resolution and timely status reporting to clients. Finally, you will ensure a highly proactive approach in achieving clients needs and expectations.

To qualify, you must have prior experience as an Application Support Consultant and completed a Degree in any computer-related course.
