Printing Industry

Working Schedule : Monday - Saturday

Min of Two years with relevant experience

Job Summary:

Highly motivated and analytical Industrial Engineer with [2 years] of experience seeking to leverage expertise in production planning and optimization to contribute to the efficiency and success of a manufacturing company. Skilled in utilizing data analysis, problem-solving techniques, and lean manufacturing principles to develop and implement effective production plans, schedules, and processes. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

-Manage booked sales orders all throughout the manufacturing process and make sure the production team is aligned to the sales teams commitment to clients.

-Participate in the quality assurance programs and assures compliance of production team members participation and compliance.

-Conducts process improvement programs as needed

-Prepares technical documentations of standards and processes as needed by quality assurance

-Provides support to sales team for technical reviews and product development

-Adhere to company policies and procedures.

-Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.

-A "can do" attitude and ability to work well with others (clients and coworkers alike).

-Performs other general tasks, not of a personal nature, as assigned by Manager or President.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 2+ years experience in production planning for a manufacturing company. Relevant experience in commercial offset printing operations a plus

-Proficient in Google Suite applications (Gmail, Sheet, Docs, Drive)

-Candidates must be organized, professional, and a good communicator.

-Efficient, accurate and able to multitask in a fast environment.

-Offer clients realistic, creative ideas and internal needs.

-Proactive self-starter with a Great Attitude and Work Ethic.

Knowledge and Skills:

-Production Planning & Scheduling: Proficient in utilizing MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and other relevant software to create and manage production schedules, optimize resource allocation, and identify potential bottlenecks.

-Data Analysis & Problem-Solving: Adept at collecting, analyzing, and interpreting production data to identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.

-Process Improvement & Lean Manufacturing: Possesses a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and applies them to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and enhance overall efficiency.

-Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders.

-Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across departments, including production, engineering, and purchasing.

-Strong attention to detail and operational workflow dynamics to effectively track and analyze the status within the procurement process.

Workplace Setup:

-Full-time and On-Site

-Standard schedule is forty-eight hours a week
