Job description:

Business Development Representatives (BDR) play a role in the growth of the company. They will be initiating exploratory calls or emails with prospects to see if they'd be an ideal customer. BDR is expected to learn and understand the products and services offered by the company to be able to communicate well the purpose and value to potential customers.


Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects.

Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer.

Determine the prospect's interest in our product/service.

Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects.

Achieve the targets set each month.


Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.

Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.

An enthusiastic, confident personality with strong competency in client presentation and interaction.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
