Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for a wide range of business process outsourcing or BPO duties related to the expansion and growth of the company

Identifies, develops and typically closes new international client or account

Generating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects to convert into new client or account

Gains an in-depth understanding of the clients business and introduce solutions from Condors collective portfolio to address current or anticipated need.

Grow pipeline, forecast and secure results, including aligned delivery; generates consistent pipeline for business performance
