To support and liaise the needs of the company to carry out local and foreign trade operations.

-Coordinates with sales and planning department for the delivery arrangement of export sales to ensure delivery to customer Prepares booking of shipments and coordinate with Broker/Forwarder for the sailing and delivery schedules.

-Provide shipping details to Sales and Warehouse for the schedule export.

-Coordinates with CSR for the approval of Bill of Lading.

-Obtains approval of CO requirements and administer other legal documents for foreign trade.

-Coordinates with forwarder for sending pre-alert to consignee or customer and sending shipping documents such as Air Way Bill or Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, CO, and other shipping documents.

-Track and monitor export until delivery and report POD.

-Review and validates billing invoice for export and prepares payment request.

-Manage and administer AEDS and the rest of electronic system related to export processing.
