HR Supervisor in Panay Ave Quezon City upto 25k

Work schedule : Mondays to Fridays 7am to 4pm

Sats 7am to 12pm

Must have 2 years of Supervisory experience; and with strong recruitment experience in Manpower agencies

Responsibilities:

-Develops and executes strategies that will enhance employer branding and increase candidate applications.

-Do sourcing, interviewing, testing process

-Amplifies job advertisement on-line e.g. Indeed, Facebook and social media platforms

-Builds relationships with PESO Barangay, Schools, Professional Associates and other partners

-Prepares weekly recruitment reports to monitor and assess number of candidates taht applied and the number of candidates that were deployed

-Ensures well defined and complete job description of positions to be fulfilled.

Qualifications:

-Proven work experience as Recruitment Supervisor for at least 2 years both on supervisory and technical aspect

-Excellent organizational and analytical skills

-Able to consistently meet deadlines and thrive under pressure

_Effective oral and written communication

-Knowledgeable on Philippine Labor Code

-Familiar with social media and other professional networks

-Attentive to details and numbers

-Knows how to drive 4-wheels
