Industrial Electrician in Ugong Valenzuela upto 18k

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays: 8-5pm and Saturdays: 8-2:30PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Repair, replace and install sensors, actuators, transformers, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, electric eyes, conduit systems, switches, defective writing, etc.

-Troubleshoot, repair, and replace PLCs, Servo and Frequency Drives, and related electronic hardware

-Disassembles, inspects, reassembles, troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces malfunctioning parts or equipment (motors, switches, sensors,

input /output boards, controllers servos, gears, sprockets chains, knives, etc. using test equipment

-Make proper use of tools such as hacksaws, pipe benders, pipe threaders, hammers, and screwdrivers, splice wires and install conduit, panel boards, switch boxes, motors and drives, and other electrical equipment

-May test or recommend new equipment in the electronic field, staying well-informed of the latest state-of-the-art technology

-Performs routine preventive maintenance procedures as per schedule

-Installs change parts (pockets, flap tuckers, film folding shoulders, etc.) on our production machinery

-Provide technical expertise to train and support production and create an environment of continuous learning

-Maintain housekeeping and sanitation of work area and equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

-At least high school graduate

-Proven 2 years of work experience as Industrial Technician

-Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment

-Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.

-Willing to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lift heavy objects, climbing ladders, crawling, etc.

-Must know how to drive 2-wheel and/or 4-wheel vehicles

-Okay to extend hours as may be needed
