Job Description:

1Complete the annual human resources planning, master the recruitment needs of various departments and control the expenditure of manpower costs according to the company's strategy.

2Assist the head of department to carry out organization structure design and position setting, assist in sorting out and improving the company's job description.

3Create competency model and talent assessment model for each position in the company; provide scientific decision-making basis for recruitment and promotion of the company through the person-job matching system.

4Guiding and supervising the development of recruitment programs and specific activities of each subsidiary to ensure the successful completion of recruitment tasks.

5Assist in coordinating the whole process of recruitment preparation, implementation (recruitment, selection, hiring), evaluation and allocation.

Qualifications:

1College degree or above, graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines;

2At least 5 years working experience in human resources, at least 3 years experience in recruitment management, preferred if experience in recruitment management in Internet and e-commerce industry.

3Proficient in recruitment module, proficient in applying various recruitment tools and interview methods.

4Good communication skills, affinity, coordination and insight
