Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times and demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Following established procedures and protocols for handling customer interactions and data privacy.

Keeping up-to-date with product information and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

18 years old and above

With good to excellent in english comm. Skills

HS graduates with 6mos. Of BPO exp

College Grad/ Undergrad, ALS & Vocational course graduates w/ or w/o BPO exp
