Cad And Graphic Designer

Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepares design drawings and specification and coordinates the project implementation.

- Coordinates and ensures the accurate implementation of projects

- Provides additional shop drawings as needed

- Attends to inter-departmental and site meetings to ensure alignment of design requirements and accuracy of layout

- Creates, develops and proposes new design assets and standards for brand improvement

- Initiates and coordinates approval and implementation of new design assets and standards

- Monitors punchlists, backjobs and other measures of quality of service

- Conducts pre-construction, construction and punchlisting visits

- Conducts post-occupancy design evaluation

- Sources for new materials and attends to seminars and market exposure trips to further enhance the design output

- Performs other related task as may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

- Must possess a College Degree in Architecture or Fine Arts (Industrial Design, Advertising Arts etc..). Professional license is not a requirement

- At least one (1) year of progressive and full-time experience in design and project supervision. Experience in estimating is an advantage.

- Average oral and written communication skills

- Adept in AutoCAD and SketchSup. Knowledge in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max or Revit and other presentation programs is an advantage

- Good Analytical skills, planning and organization and building technology
