Job Description

-Monitors the Production Cost per Production Order (PO), production spoilage and its corresponding journal entries.

-Validates the Inventory movements in terms of quantity and warehouse location. Including the recording and monitoring of broke and spoilage account.

-Prepares the Cost of Goods Manufacture of Paper Production and ensure that material usages are set within the standard.

-Timely and accurate preparation of monthly Subsidiary Ledger Report of assigned GL Accounts. Prepare Inventory Accuracy Report.

-Timely and accurate preparation of consolidated RM, FS, MCD and FG Inventory Costing Report on a monthly basis.

-Assist in the monthly inventory counting to ensure the accuracy of the count.

-Assist in the month end closing of the general ledger.

-Ensure all reports/documents are kept intact and complete.

-Work on special tasks related to position, as directed by immediate superior

JOB SUMMARY:

-Responsible in monitoring and analyzing the Manufacturing Cost of Production.

-Prepares periodic reports comparing the Standard Costs from the Actual Production Costs.

-Consolidate movements of inventory on a monthly basis and prepare variance report for reconciliation of in-charge department.

-Maintains accurate subsidiary ledger of all inventory accounts.

-Contributes positive result to the Key Performance Indicator of the Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Graduate of any accounting or business-related course.

-At least one-year experience in general or cost accounting.

-Willing to be assigned in Mabalacat City, Pampanga
