Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Review and analyze tickets handled by Compensation Help Desk Analysts in order to evaluate every element of the process followed by the analyst in handling the ticket

Review the notes from CRM tool

Review email conversations associated with the ticket (if any)

If required, discuss with the analyst/case owner to understand the reasons for any specific decisions taken / advice given to the ticket requester while handling the ticket

Provide feedback to the analyst and recommend corrective actions if required

Capture the observations in the Quality scoring sheet / Quality Assurance portal for all audits conducted

Observe patterns of process variations / errors between same analyst / other analysts and bring it to the attention of management

Keep self updated of all process updates being shared by client / other management

Prepare and collaborate with other quality analysts to send update emails to the team on any quality related process changes

Work with management / training team to recommend areas of training required for the team, based on observations from audits / other interactions with the analysts

Collaborate with the other quality analysts to prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly Quality reports, and to provide callouts related to quality for business review presentations

Be a part of the client meetings / management meetings for

Conduct Root cause analysis for escalations and provide a detailed report with corrective action (if possible) and provide recommendations to prevent such occurrences including analyst feedback, refresher trainings, or communication to client / requester (if the escalation was not valid)

Conduct calibration sessions with other quality analysts

Must have:

year experience in Quality analyst role in IT sector

Prior experience / Understanding of Compensation Helpdesk / Sales commission process

Preferred:

Understanding of Digital marketing / Cloud will be an added advantage

Additional Details;

Completed at least 2 years in college without back subjects

2+ years solid CC Experience, capability to understand policies, handle inquiries and resolve issues

raised by employees regarding Compensation/ Sales/ Rewards.
