Job Responsibilities

- Good English written communication skill, with ESL written examination score of at least 80%.

- at least 6 months BPO Experience / Customer & Technical Support experience via Phone, E-mail or Chat Support.

- Experience with SaaS based company as a Customer/Technical Support

- Good commitment level with work experiences not less than 6 months for the past 3 companies.

Optional Qualifications

- Background with IT related work experiences focusing on software and cloud technology.

- Programming language proficiencies.

- Support Recognitions, any awards or recognitions given to his/her previous employment. (e.g. Top CSAT of the month, employee of the month, top performer of the month or anything equivalent)
