BASIC QUALIFICATION:

- Candidate must possess any of the Engineering courses such as Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or any related business courses.

- At least 3 year(s) related work experience in a manufacturing set up

- With at least 2-3 years progressive experience in all facets of Production with direct product responsibility

- Adept in handling people

- Familiar in ISO and/or HACCP documentation & implementation is an advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsible to monitor assigned section to produce right quantity of quality finished products on schedule time.

-Supervise and monitors Activities in production area.

-Assigns and allocates Machine operators to operation based on required manpower and machine loading

-Inspect operation workmanship if they conform with the requirements

-Ensure Availability of materials and supplies of each work shift during operations.

-Coordinates with QA department in conducting testing and sampling

-Coordinates with maintenance to ensure machines are in good working condition.
