Loans Processing Officer

The Operations Officer is responsible to answer of all the clients inquiries regarding all of the necessary needed requirements for the process and also to check all of the requirements before submitting to the next process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides information regarding the process and requirements needed by the clients

Checks all the necessary requirements needed for the next process

Checks like legibility of the client to avail the service

Skills and Specifications:

Possess impeccable communications skills especially in dealing with the clients

Should have full mastery of the qualified requirements

Perform other tasks as required

Strong and confident communicator

Can work under pressure

Education and Qualifications:

College level or College graduate of any Business related course. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience in the same field is a plus

Computer literate

Can speak and write English and Filipino language
