-Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Any Computer Related Course

-3 to 5 years experience in computer systems and network infrastructure management primarily in network implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting on wired and wireless infrastructures

Job Description:

-Performs daily operations of managing network. This will include operation of networking components such as switches, routers, hubs, bridges, and transport media (wire, fiber optic cable, and/or wireless), as well as operation of configuration and management software tools

-Acts as designated work leader or manager in charge of installing, maintaining and troubleshooting office equipment (computers/laptops, printers, network equipment, etc.).

-Assists in the designing and implementing all security related functions for network equipment. This includes user ID and password control, backup systems and procedures, and disaster recovery plans and tests.

-Assists in Monitoring functions of all network devices within the companys network to ensure acceptable performance.

-Assists the Network Administrator on installation and maintenance of all network devices within the companys network.

-Troubleshoot Lan/Wan and network issues and coordinates/escalates issues with appropriate staff for problem resolution.

-Assists Network Administrator in identifying, evaluating, and implementing hardware and software solutions for the companys system.

-Performs other duties as related to information computer systems.

-Responsible to report any problems, violations, non-conformance and risk of product safety to the Food Safety Team Leader or Department head in terms of Food Safety System Implementation.
