Job Description

-Receive, review and analyze purchase requisitions from requesting party

-Clarify requirements of requesting party to ensure accurate item specifications

-Canvass for suppliers/vendors of local items

Finishing Supplies ( stock replenishment )

-Raw materials and Chemicals ( local )

-Spare parts

-Assist re-ordering of Imported raw materials

-Assist issuing SAP PO for Imported items

-Negotiate prices and terms with local and imported suppliers based on required item specifications

-Review and assess supplier/vendor performance

-Monitor receive purchased items and ensure completeness and accuracy of delivered goods

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Graduate of any Business related course or equivalent

-One (1) year related work experience in purchasing.

-Willing to be assigned in Mabalacat City, Pampanga

Job Summary:

Purchasing Staff responsibility is to ensure the continuousflow of production by availingitems and services requested by all departments to ensure an effective operations through low cost, timely and high quality products and services and to build a good supplier rapport and relationship.
