Accounting Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the monitoring of Petty Cash Fund Replenishment of branches and for the recording of its assigned expense accounts and proper computation of taxes to be withheld.

Responsible for the collection of Creditable Withholding Tax certificates from various withholding agents and updating of the Master List report of BIR Tax Credit.

Assist in the preparation, printing and distribution of withholding tax certificates to various payees.

Responsible for the assignment of payee codes together with updating the payee details of various payees.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

>College degree preferably major in Accounting

>Familiar with Bookkeeping and analysis of accounting transactions

>With knowledge in spreadsheet and word processor/software

>Good communication skills - verbal and written

>Preferably with knowledge in compensation of sales force but not required
