Job description:

Developing quality control policies and standards for the company to follow.

Overseeing quality control processes, and a team of QA specialists.

Investigating customer complaints

Ensuring safety procedures and processes

Assessing operational data and identifying quality problems

Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.

Formulate strategies to increase productivity.

Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.

Ensures that the team complies with company rules and regulations.

Manages issues and risks that may arise while in the conduct of the project. Preventive measures /

programs should be conceptualized and implemented to avoid incidents/accidents;

Conducts regular meetings with internal management and team to ensure that all plans, project status

updates and any changes or concerns are communicated and addressed accordingly;

Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Wide experience in Telecommunication Networks (PLDT, CONVERGE, SKYCABLE, SMART AND GLOBE, FIBERHOME, FINSI, EASTERN, NOKIA )

Min. Qualification:College graduate
