Job description:

Preferably a degree holder in related field

Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Excellent computer literacy.

Answering phone calls and responding to emails.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Develop and maintain a filing system.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Prior experience in administration would be advantageous.
