Mechanical Supervisor

1. Instructs, directs and supervises the activities of workshop foremen in proper workshop or garage operating procedures.

2. Prescribes work detail, specifications and procedures to be adopted in special undertakings related to the repair, maintenance and modification of equipment.

3. Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.

4. Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

5. Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
