Job Description

The Customer Onboarding Specialists are the ones who ensure that the customer has a successful experience with the product or service from the very beginning.

Responsibilities:

Partnering with internal teams and stakeholders to enable our customers

Assist with best practice tips

Help drive product adoption through collaboration with customers

Solve customer queries

Create a bespoke customer experience

Collect customer feedback (product, journey etc) and act on it

Support customers through emails, phone calls, chats, social media, video calls, etc.

Facilitate training sessions with customers

Manage customer expectations appropriately

Identification and escalation of emerging issues (relationship or technical/product)

Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating process documentation

Requirements

Qualifications:

College Graduate of B.S. Computer Science or similar degree

Ability to learn on the fly and prioritize conflicting task

Min. Qualification:College graduate
