Distributor Manager in Iligan 30k

The DM is the point person in all of the Companys dealings with distributors. He is responsible for developing plans to build up weighted distribution in his assigned territory and developing in-store visibility plans in coordination with distributors. He is responsible for the achievement of business objectives, including but not limited to sales distribution, collection, merchandising, and profit. He is responsible for developing productive long-term relationships with current and future distributors via mutually agreed upon strategies, plans, and programs.

-Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, management or any business related course

-At least 2 years FMCG sales experience is required.

-At least 2 years experience handling distributors

-Institutional accounts management is an advantage.

-Excellent customer service skills

-Excellent presentation skills
