Outbound Sales Executive

Overview of the Role:

To identify, research and contact senior level and specialist job title executives within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. To be able to present our series of Strategy Meetings, Roundtables and peripheral offerings with full agenda and with benefits of attending to the qualified decision maker. To build rapport with senior level delegates and where/when possible introduce them to sponsors. The role is predominantly telephone based, so you must have a professional, concise approach and excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, writing). As things progress, there will be plenty of opportunities to travel and work on more in person events.

Key Skills:

Bachelor's Degree Graduate

Graduate in any life science course is a plus

Minimum of 1-3 years sales experience, preferably within the BPO Industry

Cold Calling Experience is a plus

Consultative sales approach

Confident talking to C-Level decision makers

Excellent communication and listening skills

Computer literate

Job Description:

Hitting personal targets of a minimum of 10 sales per week

Ability to generate your own qualified leads through internet research, reading of industry trade journals, networking, and referrals

Ability to apply a consultative approach, by understanding industry challenges and tailoring a value-added package for your qualified prospects

Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure

A minimum of 80 to 100 outbound calls per day / minimum of 2 hours talk time reaching out to key decision makers within the sector

Daily updates of your leads through our company Zoho CRM system to ensure leads are being nurtured through the sales process

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri

8pm - 5pm
