Call Center Agents (csr) - Hs Grads Accepted |wfh In Paraaque

Requirements:

At least a High school graduate, College grads are welcome to apply

Must be at least a 3 months Call Center BPO Experience

Must be willing to work immediately

WFH and work Onsite available

Must have at least 10 to 15 MBPS Internet Connection

Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products.

May handle assistance through phone, chat or email.

Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.

Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.

Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction.
