Plant Cost Controller in Clark Pampanga upto 70k

Qualifications

-Certified Public Accountant

-Education With bachelors degree in accounting or Finance or any four-year related course

-Work experience Preferably with at least seven year experience in Manufacturing environment

-At least 3 years Cost Controlling Experience with a Manufacturing Company

-Willing to travel and work beyond regular working hours

-Knowledge of SAP accounting software is necessary

-Extensive Knowledge on SAP- FICO

-Proficient in spreadsheet analysis and other Microsoft platforms is requires.

-International travel may be required for training and conference attendance.

-Proficiency in writing and speaking English is required.

-Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to accomplish tasks with co-workers and management.

Job Description:

Responsible for cost analysis of the plant but not limited to finished goods and semi-finished inventory, preparation of financial statement and related General Ledger accounts and Sales and Collection Management.

Maintain internal cost accounting records for the manufacturing operations in accordance with the company policies.

Collect, create and distribute critical cost accounting reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting periods.

Monitor and prepare inventory accounting reports on all classes of inventory maintained at the plant.

Analyze labor and overhead spending variance, production variances, product waste and submit explanations a timely manner to department, plant and corporate management. Provide recommendations and solutions for improvement.
