Job Description

Provide the management with the required information as basis for productivity improvements, propose initiatives and handles operation issues and concern in production.

1. Collect, review, and analyses daily department reports to ensures targets and objectives are being met.

2. Provide team leaders with daily production information and analysis data as requested.

3. Supervise all aspects of the group to achieve efficient production in a quality manner.

4. Responsible for the update of the monitors.

5. Implement strict compliance to safety, 5s, hygiene, GMP, ISO, and Halal in the production Area.

6. Conduct daily line audit in the production area in accordance with established procedures, GMP and food safety standards.
