Call Center Agent - Travel And Hotel Wfh/work In Onsite

REQUIREMENTS :

Must be at least HS/SHS graduate or College level

Requires 1-3yrs GDS Amadeus/Sabre experience

Must be amenable to either work from site or work from home setup

Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Willing to work in Quezon City

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail

Assisting customers by responding to their questions

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

Giving the best solution based on details provided by the customer

Providing excellent customer service 24/7
