Call Center Agents (csr) - Telco Account Onsite Insular Cebu

Requirements:

Must be at least a High school Graduate, College Grads are welcome to apply

With At least 6 months BPO Experience

Excellent Communication skills

Must be willing to work in Cebu

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoots and resolves customer related concerns about a product or service

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail

Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

Describes products and services properly and efficiently

Ensuring customer satisfaction
