Call Center Agent (csr) - Onsite/wfh In Pasay

Requirements:

Must be at least a High School Graduate, College grads are welcome to apply.

No Work experience is required, with 1-3 months of BPO Exp is a plus

Excellent communication skills.

Strong coaching skills & people management skills.

Must be willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City.

Responsibilities:

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail.

Assisting customers by responding to their questions.

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner.

Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer.

Describes products and services properly and efficiently.

Providing excellent customer service 24/7.
