Customer Support Agent (csr) - Onsite/wfh In Iloilo Up To 20k Salary

Requirements:

Must be at least a College grad or College undergrad with BPO experience

2 years College undergraduates with no back subjects is accepted

For PHRN Applicants, must have active PRC license and 1-2 yrs hospital experience

Good listening, verbal and written communication skills

Must be willing to work in Iloilo

Responsibilities:

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail

Assisting customers by responding to their questions

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
