Customer Support Representatives (csr) - Finance Account | Wfh In Manila

Requirements:

Must be at least a High school graduate or College level

Preferred with at least 6 months of Call Center Experience, but not required

No BPO Experience is accepted

Must be amenable for either work from site or work from home setup.

Good listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Makati and Taguig

Responsibilities:

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail

Assisting customers by responding to their questions

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer

Providing excellent customer service 24/7
