Requirements:

- Must be a High school Graduate or College Undergrads/Graduates

- No BPO Experience is required

- Preferred with 3 to 6 months Call Center(BPO) experience, But not required

- Good to Excellent communication skills is a must

- Has a good customer service orientation

- Willing to work in Antipolo, Rizal

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoots and resolves customer related concerns about a product or service

- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail

- Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer

- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

- Describes products and services properly and efficiently

- Ensuring customer satisfaction
