Requirements:

- Must be at least a High School Graduate, College grads are welcome to apply.

- No Work experience is required, with 6-12 months of BPO Exp is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong coaching skills & people management skills.

- Must be willing to work onsite in IT Park Cebu.

- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail.

- Assisting customers by responding to their questions.

- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner.
