Customer Support Representative - Work Onsite & Wfh In Pasay

Requirements:

Must be at least a High School Graduate, College grads are welcome to apply.

No Work experience is required, with 1-3 months of BPO Experience is a plus

Excellent communication skills.

Strong coaching skills & people management skills.

Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay City.

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail.

Assisting customers by responding to their questions.

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner.
