Job Description:

Develop local/global online social community, keep the community active and interact with customers for better communication

Find new customers via different platforms

Write and edit attractive content for social media group

Research and collect information needed by the department

Use social media to interact with customers

Job Specification:

At least 2 years experience in relevant field

Excellent communication skills

Familiar with various social media groups and social media platform (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc)

A solid understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain is a must

Continuous monitoring, improving and organizing all channels performance

Fluent in English
