Preferred with at least 6 months of Call Center Experience, but not required

With at least a B1 AM Score

but must be amenable to Work at home or Work onsite .Speed test screenshot ( 12MBPS Download & 5MBPS Upload speed)

Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Must be willing to work in Bacolod

Responsibilities :

Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products.

May handle assistance through phone or email.

Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.

Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.

Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction.
