Requirements:

- Completed 2 yrs in College

- At least 2 years experience as Technical, Financial, Customer Service Support in multiple support channels

- 4+ years experience handling customers within a call center environment and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction

- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to formulate structured communications in a complex environment

- Experience in supporting B2B Customer Service and Technical Troubleshooting support for Financial and payment gateway tools

- Willing to work in Quezon, City

- Willingness to work on shifting schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products

- May handle assistance through phone, chat or email

- Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines

- Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions

- Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction
