Call Center Agents (csr) - Insurance Billing

Requirements:

Completed 2 years in college

Minimum of 18 months of BPO experience preferably in Telco/Insurance/Financial

Excellent communication skills (Should be C1 versant)

Must be amenable to work in McKinley Hills, Taguig City

Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers' needs based on client account services or

products.

May handle assistance through phone or email.

Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.

Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.

Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction.
