Requirements :

Completed 2 years in college

at least 2 years of experience as Technical, Financial, and Customer Service Support in multiple support

channels (email, phone, chat).

4+ years experience handling customers within a call center environment and maintaining the highest levels of

customer satisfaction.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to formulate structured communications in a

complex environment.

Experience in supporting B2B Customer Service and Technical Troubleshooting support for Financial and

payment gateway tools.

Willingness to work in Quezon City

Willingness to work on shifting schedule.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoots and resolves customer-related concerns about a product or service

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail

Giving the best solution based on details provided by the customer

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

Describes products and services properly and efficiently

Ensuring customer satisfaction
