IT Project Manager in Makati 30k

-Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;

-Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;

-Ensures resources availability and allocation;

-Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;

-Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;

-Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;

-Reports and escalates project relates issues to the management as needed;

-Manages the relationship with the client and all project stakeholders;

-Performs risk assessment and management to minimize project risks;

-Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors;

-Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation;

-Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs;

-Meets with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;

-Delegates project tasks based on staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels;

-Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;

-Graduate of four (4)-year course in Computer Engineering, Information

-Technology, Operations Management and/or equivalent; Post-Graduate degree is an advantage;

-Seasoned and has certifications related to project management, customer service and conflict /issue management and resolution;

-Attended training and learning engagements related to project management, customer service and conflict /issue management and resolution;

-With at least five (5) years of relevant experience in supervising or managing team of technical personnel
