Procurement Staff

Responsibilities:

process requests within many types of organizations for material or supply orders.

They respond to questions from customers and suppliers about the status of orders.

Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.

Qualifications:

A college graduate with at least three years experience as a procurement or purchasing staff

Knowledge in procurement operation and purchasing policies, practices and terminology used in purchasing supplies and materials

Ability to adopt to new ideas for continuous improvement
