REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be at least HS/SHS graduate or College level

- No CCE is needed; freshers are welcome

- Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Must be amenable to either work from site or work from home setup.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or

products.

- May handle assistance through phone or email.

- Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.

- Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.

- Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction.
